Hello,

My name is  Maria Mendoza.

I was born and raised in Pasco, WA. I am an aspiring fashion designer. While taking various courses, I would like to focus on ready- to- wear women's apparel.

       

     My love for fashion started when I was 9yrs old.  I remember I was sewing in my grandmother's machine, I asked my sister to help me by pressing the foot peddle. That was not the smartest idea I stabbed my finger with the needle of the machine. Although that occurred it didn't stop me from learning how to sew. My grandmother has been a great influence and all of my work I do is dedicated to her.
